Sound & Ritual
Sound is something the body feels before the mind understands
It meets you quietly.
It settles the nervous system.
It creates space where you can simply be.
Sound and ritual offer a steady space for the body to relax, for feelings to move without force, and for you to come back to yourself.
Some work happens privately, one-on-one.
Some unfolds in small circles.
Everything is held with steadiness and care.
When your system begins to settle, clarity often comes quietly on its own.
If this speaks to you, book a session or reach out with questions.

Sound Healing – 60 minutes
Immersive nervous system reset
A full-body immersive sound session using a combination of instruments, including singing bowls, tuning forks, ocean drum, Koshi chimes, and other grounding sound tools.
You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably supported.
The instruments are used intuitively and intentionally, depending on what your nervous system responds to in the moment.
Vibration works directly with the body. Rhythm supports regulation. Tone creates space.
This work can help release physical holding patterns and accumulated tension.
It can quiet mental noise and create space from constant thinking.
It can deepen breathing and restore a sense of steadiness in the body.
It can reconnect you to yourself during demanding or transitional periods.
Sessions are receptive. You are guided into rest while the sound does its work.

Chakra Balancing Sound Massage – 60 Minutes
Focused vibrational alignment
A slower, more focused session with bowls placed directly on specific areas of the body connected to energetic centers.
This work supports alignment, emotional processing, and deeper internal reset.
You remain fully clothed and lie comfortably supported.
This session can help restore a sense of internal alignment when you feel scattered or out of sync.
It can soften emotional heaviness that feels undefined or difficult to articulate.
It can create a slower, more focused reset when your system needs re-centering rather than deep immersion.
It can support steadiness during periods of transition or energetic depletion.
You do not need to “believe in chakras” for the session to be effective.
The body responds to vibration regardless of language.

Grief Sound Session – 75 Minutes
A soft space for when something hurts
This session is for you when what you’re carrying feels tender or heavy.
When you arrive, we sit for a moment and connect. We name what feels present. Sometimes there is a clear intention. Sometimes it’s simply a feeling that needs space.
If you feel drawn to cacao, we begin there. Ceremonial cacao has a long history in communal and ritual settings. It brings warmth to the body and can support emotional openness. It is offered simply and respectfully.
Then you settle in comfortably and the sound begins.
I work intuitively. Bowls, chimes, drum, tuning forks, whatever wants to enter the space that day. The sound creates a field where the nervous system can shift from holding to allowing.
When the body feels safe, it responds in its own way. For some, emotion rises to the surface. For others, there is deep stillness or a quiet, trance-like state. Both are forms of release. Both are the system finding balance.
The experience unfolds at the pace your body chooses.
This session gives your grief room to breathe. It allows the weight you’re carrying to be met gently, through vibration rather than effort.
You leave feeling more anchored in yourself. Softer. Steadier. More able to move forward with what you are living.

Cacao & Sound Bath
A small, intentional gathering to soften, open, and reconnect.
We begin in circle with ceremonial cacao. Cacao has been used for centuries in ritual and community spaces. It gently opens the heart and brings warmth to the body, helping you arrive more fully in the present moment.
After setting a simple intention, you lie down and settle in. From there, the sound begins.
Crystal bowls, chimes, drum, and other instruments create layers of vibration that move through the body and quiet the mind. The experience is immersive, spacious, and inward.
Sound has a way of reaching places words cannot. It can bring deep relaxation, subtle emotional release, insight, or simply rest.
The combination of cacao and sound creates a field that feels both grounded and expansive. You are supported by the group, yet the journey is entirely your own.
I keep these gatherings small so the space remains intimate and personal.
If you feel drawn to sound, curious about cacao, or simply ready for a deeper kind of pause, you are welcome.
Dates will be shared soon.

Frequently Asked Questions
No.
Sound works on the nervous system and the body regardless of belief. Low, sustained tones and vibration stimulate the parasympathetic response, which helps the body shift from alertness into a more regulated state. This is a physiological process, not a spiritual requirement.
Some people experience sessions in a spiritual way. Others experience them purely as deep relaxation. Both are completely valid.
That is also a response.
Sound affects the nervous system in different ways depending on what your system needs that day. Some people feel emotion rise to the surface. Others enter a very quiet, deeply restful state. Some simply notice subtle shifts over the next few days.
Regulation does not always feel dramatic. Sometimes it feels like stillness.
No.
In group gatherings, participation is always at your own pace. Some people speak. Some sit quietly. Some move between both. The space allows for different ways of being present.
Cacao is always optional.
Ceremonial cacao is minimally processed cacao prepared intentionally. It contains theobromine, a gentle stimulant that increases blood flow and can create a feeling of warmth and openness. It also contains magnesium and compounds that support mood regulation.
Some people enjoy the ritual and the embodied quality it brings to the space. Others prefer not to drink it. Both choices are equally respected.
Ceremonial cacao is minimally processed, pure cacao prepared intentionally for ritual or contemplative settings. It naturally contains theobromine, which increases circulation and creates a gentle sense of warmth and alertness, as well as magnesium, which supports nervous system balance.
In this space, cacao is offered as a supportive element. It can help you feel more present and open, but the experience remains subtle and grounded.
It is not therapy.
These sessions support nervous system regulation and emotional processing through sound and presence. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
If you are currently under treatment, this work can often complement that support. When in doubt, speak with your healthcare provider.
Sound sessions are generally safe for most people. However, please consult with me beforehand if you:
• have a pacemaker or implanted medical device
• are in the first trimester of pregnancy
• have epilepsy or a seizure disorder
• experience sound-induced migraines
• are in an acute psychiatric crisis
If you are unsure, reach out. We can decide together whether this is appropriate for you.
That depends on what you’re looking for.
Some people come during periods of transition or emotional intensity. Others come regularly as part of their self-care and nervous system support. Some attend occasionally when they feel the need for deeper rest.
There is no fixed rhythm required. You are welcome whenever it feels supportive.
